We use our amazing garbanzo beans and our stone mill to make amazing fresh garbanzo bean flour (chickpea flour). Our flour is unbleached, unbromated, non-irradiated with no additives. For the freshest taste, store chickpea flour in the freezer (though a cool, dry place works, too). Palouse Brand is 100% committed to desiccant free farming.
